If you have never visited Glenmere Mansion, you should add it to your list! As wedding and event planners we love to create and style our own visions. This year we had the pleasure of teaming up with Glenmere Mansion and some rockstar vendors to create a styled shoot that is beyond words.

While designing this shoot we dreamed of taking viewers on a romantic journey to another place and time.  Glenmere Mansion, a Relais & Châteaux property nestled in the rolling hills of the Hudson Valley was exactly what we were looking for.  When you are at Glenmere Mansion you feel as if you have been transported out of the Hudson Valley and into a European villa sitting amongst Tuscan gardens.  With lush meadows, formal gardens and gracious terraces Glenmere evokes true European elegance.  We chose a romantic color palette of blush, cream, gold, and rose gold for this luxury estate photo shoot.  For the table, we selected mixed metal, a gorgeous marble metallic tablecloth, and complimented them with delicate blooms.

When choosing a floral designer to work with we wanted someone who would not only be delicate in style but also creative.  Kerry Patel of Kerry Patel Poetic Florals saw our vision and delivered our style perfectly.  She used lush garden roses, rose gold painted ferns, and delicate delphinium to create beautiful, romantic, and interesting arrangements on the table and in the bouquet.  Everything she touches turns to magic and in this case, rose gold!

Charlotte Neuville Cakes of NYC is one of our go-to cake bakers. Charlotte created a cake that was to die for with sugar flowers that looked almost too good to eat!  Larry is a master caterer who always goes above and beyond in his work and you can tell from the desserts he created.  We wanted desserts that were fun, elegant and easy to eat.  He created bite-sized versions of everybody’s favorites and they perfectly complemented the cake.  The attention to detail that these two vendors embody make them some of the best in the industry at what they do.

Bespoke Designs came onboard to create a custom invitation that was simply gorgeous!  Their in house calligrapher has the most beautiful calligraphy that transcends what one envisions calligraphy to be. Her style is delicate, timeless and perfectly displayed on their handmade pressed paper. The Parisian undertones and elegant designs were the perfect addition to this European inspired shoot.
