Aoife O'Byrne DePauw

With nearly twenty years in events and a decade devoted to luxury weddings, I’ve built my career on being detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and deeply invested in ensuring every client feels supported and cared for. I believe the best celebrations don’t just look beautiful — they create space for authentic joy and connection.

With degrees in business and creative arts, I bring a balance of strategy and creativity to every event I design. My career began at the Archdiocese of New York, where I produced everything from intimate fundraisers to the iconic Al Smith Dinner. Later, at the international agency FIRST, I produced high-profile events for Morgan Stanley, Royal Bank of Scotland, and the NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee — experiences that sharpened my ability to manage complex productions while never losing sight of the details.

Over the years, I’ve discovered the harmony between grand productions and intimate gatherings. I notice the smallest details — from the way a linen drapes at the table’s edge to a perfectly timed champagne toast — while ensuring the bigger picture runs seamlessly. Above all, I want every couple and client to feel present in the moment, knowing every detail has been cared for.

At the heart of it all, I truly love what I do. Every client, every family, and every story is unique — and it is my joy to bring those stories to life through thoughtful, well-crafted events.

Lauren Ferrara

With over a decade of experience in event and wedding planning, my journey began at the boutique event production company Bowen & Company. During my tenure, I planned a variety of non-profit galas, award shows, magazine launches, as well as headed up the company’s wedding division. I had the opportunity to work with an array of clients from The James Beard Foundation, Lululemon, Alzheimer’s Association, Saks Fifth Avenue and EcoHealth Alliance. Having the chance to work with such high profile clients has taught me how to stay calm under pressure, think quickly on my feet and strive for excellence.
 
During my wedding planning experience at Bowen & Company, I had the opportunity to work with many of the industries most talented and recognized wedding vendors. I have coordinated weddings at a variety of venues including Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater to Glenmere Mansion to destination weddings in the Berkshires. Establishing and fostering relationships within the industry has led to my success in executing flawless weddings.
 
My favorite parts of the planning process are scouting locations, helping clients find the perfect team of vendors and really taking the time to get to know my client’s interests and needs. My main goal is to provide each client with an event that is unique and reflects pieces of who they are.
