As an event planner you have to be a Jack of all trades; you must be able to bustle a wedding gown, be a foodie and wine connoisseur, be polished in etiquette, negotiate and most importantly, you must do it all with Grace. We plan, style and coordinate events for every celebration and milestone. Based in Westchester County New York, we not only serve clients throughout the tri-state area, but also love a good destination event! 

We pride ourselves on our sense of style, passion for planning, a calming demeanor, being budget savvy and our meticulous delivery. We offer first class service, fresh and creative ideas, expert advice and always make sure no stone is left unturned. Aoife O'Byrne DePauw

I began my event planning career in the nonprofit world in 2007, working for the Archdiocese of New York. This experience taught me the invaluable skill of learning how to design and style events on a variety of budgets – from the Al Smith Dinner attended by the Republican/Democrat Presidential Nominees to more local fundraising events for the Cardinal. From there I went on to join FIRST, a leading International Events agency where I planned high profile events for some of the firm’s top clients including Morgan Stanley. During my tenure at FIRST I had the opportunity to join the NY/NJ Super Bowl Host Committee team where I worked on all events in preparation for Super Bowl XLVIII. What sets me apart is my passion for event planning, my thoughtful commitment to clients, incredible attention to detail, and my creativity. 

When I am not planning events I can usually be found hosting Sunday brunch, creating floral arrangements, at the beach (especially in the winter) with my children and dog Sophie, or travelling with my husband while we work on our lifetime goal of visiting 100 countries (75 more to go!). I am an eternal optimist at heart, DIY connoisseur, love people and a great cup of coffee.

Lauren Ferrara

I started my event and wedding planning career 10 years ago at the boutique event production company Bowen & Company. During my tenure, I planned a variety of non-profit galas, award shows, magazine launches, as well as headed up the company’s wedding division. I had the opportunity to work with an array of clients from The James Beard Foundation, Lululemon, Alzheimer’s Association, Saks Fifth Avenue and EcoHealth Alliance. Having the chance to work with such high profile clients has taught me how to stay calm under pressure, think quickly on my feet and strive for excellence.
 
During my wedding planning experience at Bowen & Company, I had the opportunity to work with many of the industries most talented and recognized wedding vendors. I have coordinated weddings at a variety of venues including Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater to Glenmere Mansion to destination weddings in the Berkshires. Establishing and fostering relationships within the industry has led to my success in executing flawless weddings.
 
My favorite parts of the planning process are scouting locations, helping clients find the perfect team of vendors and really taking the time to get to know my client’s interests and needs. My main goal is to provide each client with an event that is unique and reflects pieces of who they are.
