We were recently invited to join Marc Weber, Chef and Founder, of OnTheMarc Events for a tasting in their kitchen. We were greeted with a personalized and custom menu for our team. The tasting started with crispy rice and spicy tuna with scallions and toasted sesame seeds, mini Maine lobster rolls, micro BLT’s, steak tostadas and Vietnamese summer rolls. Something to write home about, was Marc’s spin on the everyday Caesar. He created an amazing kale Caesar salad with raw and roasted Brussels sprouts, pretzel croutons, parmesan crisps and homemade dressing. Yum!
